February 6th 2015 Cebu City- This morning

This has been my favourite drink in the Philippines. C2 Green tea (Apple flavour). It costs 37 pesos ($1 cdn) for 1500ML bottle and quenches the thirst.
Some of the neighborhoods around Cebu city. The middle building is my hotel where I am staying (haha J/k).
This is liquor for sale in a regular 7-Eleven store.
For Rum with 25% alcohol in a 750ML bottle is 98 pesos ($2.50 cdn). Once I find a liquor store with more of a selection I will post the different prices.
This is Robinsons mall. It is right across the McDonalds I go to every morning but most malls open at 10AM here so will go back today to check it out.
Most of the travelers in my hotel are night owls as they seem to all stay up until 3-4am just as I am getting up to shower and leave. The driving in the Philippines is a little crazy where it seems vehicles have the right of way to Pedestrians as most pedestrians don't cross the road unless no vehicles are around. If it is safe to do so they pass through red lights. If they are in the far right hand lane and want to turn left at the traffic light they just aggressively swerve LEFT right in front of the left hand lane vehicles that are going straight through. Many will lay on the horns that they don't like others doing that but it certainly doesn't stop them from going where they want to go. Most vehicles will not brake for you as you cross the road unless they are certain they are a second away from hitting you with their vehicles and then they will put on their brakes. There is no pleasantries like in the west where we let in other cars as to show courtesy to others. It is every man and woman for them self here in traffic.
