My basic room for $11.17US per night at the Cebu Guest house.

This is the entrance to the Cebu Guesthouse at 211 Mango Avenue.

In the morning they switched me to my basic room ($11.17 per night). It is just a tiny room with a bed and some shelves. I read the reviews on it and the only complaint seemed to be they never cleaned the place as I noticed my shelves hadn't been washed in awhile but for the price I am not complaining. No A/C for this room but just a fan which works for me.
