Because there was some confusion to my reservation for a private basic room at the Cebu Guest house and they couldn't find the key for basic rooms so they decided to put me in the "deluxe" room that has Air Conditioning. That is the shower right beside the toilet with a unit connected above for hot water and a bucket with a scooper down below if you need it. This is luxury at its finest!!
