| You see buildings like this everywhere in the Philippines. The cement/rebar structure gets build and then left as if the owners financing fell through or something like that. |

| Walking along the beach I decided to stop in at a little restaurant and had a few beers and as I sat there I saw a couple plates full of oysters being served to someone but didn't see it on the menu. I went up to the woman and asked her how much a plate full of oysters were and she said 40 pesos ($1 cdn) and so ordered a plate. As I mentioned before, Roxas is the seafood capital of the Philippines where the seafood is cheap! |
